The details of a high-concept surprise design project. Commissioned by our client as a secret gift for her husband, this project involved expanding his existing corporate office footprint to conceal a private, dark, and moody speakeasy built specifically for entertaining clients. 

The experience begins at a custom library wall lining the office, where a hidden mechanism swings the bookshelves away to reveal a secret passage into a sultry, subterranean-inspired lounge. 

The room's aesthetic is anchored by deeply personal narrative details and rock-and-roll history. We custom-designed two show-stopping chandeliers to serve as conversational centerpieces: one meticulously crafted using the client’s personal collection of vintage backstage music passes, and a second rhythmic fixture engineered entirely from authentic drum cymbals. Dramatic portrait photography and an original, custom piece of art handmade by the client for her husband line the walls, adding a layer of deep sentiment to this high-end, exclusive entertainment venue.
