Below, we outline our process to offer prospective clients insight into the initial stages of our collaborative journey.
PHASE ONE - Consultation
Upon receiving your Contact Form submission, we will carefully review the scope of work and arrange a call to discuss your goals. During this conversation, we will explore your design preferences, project timeline, and budget considerations to establish clear expectations before we begin our collaboration.
PHASE TWO - Site Visit
For large-scale projects, such as multi-room undertakings, entire home transformations, or commercial properties, we typically arrange an on-site meeting. This step enables us to grasp the full scope of the project, identify potential challenges, ignite our creative process, and deliver a more precise estimate.
PHASE THREE - Estimate
Once we've gathered sufficient information and are confident we understand your vision clearly, we will provide you with a custom estimate detailing the anticipated costs for each phase of the design journey.
PHASE FOUR - Concept Development
With the insight gathered from the previous steps, we will craft a comprehensive design blueprint, planning every aspect, from renovations and color palettes to lighting options, textiles, window treatments, and furniture choices. When relevant, we develop floor plans and detailed specification lists outlining the furnishings to procure to ensure a thorough plan before we begin the implementation phase.
PHASE FIVE - Implementation
Finally, we transform your vision into reality! Partnering closely with experienced and reputable contractors, we bring your concept to life, ultimately creating a space you love spending time in.
