Bending River is a historic property that has been in the same family since the time of a King’s Grant. Following a whole-home renovation, we helped transform this residence into a haven for both family enjoyment and entertaining guests. With spacious areas for socializing and generously sized bedrooms for restful evenings, the new and improved home offers a perfect balance of relaxation and hospitality.

With the exception of a few cherished pieces belonging to the client, the space presented a blank canvas for us to work with. Our involvement extended to layout decisions for tile, lighting suggestions, and paint color selections, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing environment throughout the home.

To create a sophisticated look, we installed custom window treatments throughout the first floor. It was important that the space remain practical while conveying a sense of elegance, so we opted for performance fabrics throughout the house, ensuring both durability and comfort. This meticulous attention to detail resulted in a concept that is inviting and livable for the family, perfect for entertaining guests and creating lasting memories.
